Vince has over ten years of public accounting experience with emphasis in tax planning and consulting services to high net worth individuals and businesses (C-Corporations, S-Corporations, LLC’s and partnerships).
Prior to establishing the Firm, Vince was a Tax Senior Manager at Ernst & Young US LLP, specializing in the Banking Capital Market and Insurance industries. In addition to the tax compliance and consulting services, Vince has extensive experience in income tax financial reporting, e.g. GAAP ASC 740 and SSAP 101 tax provisions for small market, mid-sized, and large private and publicly traded companies. Vince led various technical trainings and was a tax speaker at the insurance association conference on the West Coast. He has experience representing taxpayers with the IRS examinations, penalty abatement, and state tax authority notices and examinations.
